With a strong background in web development, David has worn many hats while working in higher education and for creative agencies. In the last 10 years, he has been known as Intern, Webmaster, and Creative Director.

David has won many awards for his creative excellence, while leaving behind him a trail of customer success and happy clients. Over his career, David has worked on accounts such as Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, University of Arkansas, Sam’s Club, and Cadbury, as well as non-profits such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Mercy Ships, Hope Force International, the Space Foundation, and John Brown University.

David left the mountains of Colorado to attend John Brown University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a major in Digital Media Arts and a minor in Graphic Design. He is also a graduate of Leadership Benton County and a board member with the Rogers Public Library Foundation. David is most proud of his wife Meredith, and three young children — Connor, Audrey, and Matthew. The Adairs attend and actively participate in Fellowship Bible Church in Lowell, Arkansas.

After graduating from John Brown University, Meredith went to work as a math teacher and basketball coach. These days she keeps one eye on the company while keeping two eyes squarely on the Adair’s three young children. Yes, that is three eyes, but didn’t your mom possess superpowers too?

Meredith founded Adair Creative Group with her husband David in early 2007, and they have loved the adventure of running a small business together. When not working with numbers, Meredith flexes her creative muscle through photography, interior decorating, and the occasional finger painting with the kids.

While his specialty is making the “under the hood” stuff work cleanly, quickly, and reliably, Mark is also passionate about using new technologies to make the user experience simpler and sophisticated at the same time. As an artist and musician, he gets pretty excited about making things that look nice too. He is thrilled to be part of such a talented team that creates great work and takes care of customers at the same time.

Mark anchors what we affectionately refer to as our “Ireland Office”. He and his wife Ange live in Newcastle, Northern Ireland where they also work as missionaries. He enjoys good news, a good walk through the mountains, a good song, and a Guinness with good friends.

As a Designer, Nic serves an important role in fulfilling our brand promise “we make stuff that makes you look good.” He is responsible for many forms of design, ranging from logos to print materials to packaging to websites.

When Nic isn't working at the studio, you will likely find him at home working on stock images. He is an active contributor to Getty Images and iStockphoto, with over 2000 images represented by the two companies. When not at the computer, he is probably watching movies with his wife, playing with his two hairy kids (Pomeranian pups) or watching the dots move around the bases on mlb.com!

At ACG, he is responsible for the development side of websites ranging from simple informational sites to Flash-based sites to custom web-based applications. In addition to web development, his skill sets includes a variety of digital media knowledge ranging from interactive design to 3D modeling and animation. Through it all, his passion remains web development.

Tyler and his wife, Kari, are the proud owners of 2 dogs, a yorkie and miniature schnauzer, which they lovingly refer to as their little monsters. His favorite pastimes include brainstorming creative ideas for new websites and playing video games with his friends around the country.
