With employees and customers all over the world, McDonald's has a unique challenge of educating and communicating with its employees across the globe.
As one form of internal communications, McDonald’s released the World of Good portal to its employees. This gamification-focused portal allows McDonald’s employees to learn about the company in a fun and interactive way. In partnership with Inward Strategic Consulting, we developed the “Good Game”. This question-and-answer game asks multiple-choice questions over the course of 3 game boards, with point values and double-bonus questions increasing throughout play. Points earned in the game may be redeemed for tangible rewards in the World of Good portal. We developed the game for both traditional desktop and mobile play.
